At Go Dawgs Roof Roof, our journey is rooted in a commitment to excellence and a passion for serving our community. Founded by Gene, a proud Georgia alumnus, and his business partner, our company embodies the spirit of resilience and unity that defines our community. Inspired by personal experiences and a desire to make a difference, we strive to provide exceptional roofing services while giving back to those in need
Gene is more than just a roofer – he's a passionate advocate for social responsibility and community engagement. As a Georgia alumnus, he's proud to represent Go Dawgs Roof Roof and make a difference in the lives of others.
Gene's journey into community engagement and advocacy was inspired by personal adversity and a deep commitment to serving others. Born and raised in the Atlanta area, Gene's path was shaped by experiences with natural disasters and a passion for helping those in need.
After losing his family home in Crystal Beach, TX, to Hurricane Ike in 2008 and having their insurance claim denied, Gene and his family moved back to Norcross to rebuild their lives. He pursued a degree in Residential Construction Management, and became a catastrophe adjuster, gaining extensive experience in construction and project management.
Inspired by his experience with Hurricane Ike, Gene became passionate about claims adjusting, recognizing the critical role it plays in assisting those affected by natural disasters.
In 2012, Gene was deployed to Superstorm Sandy as a catastrophe adjuster, where he crossed paths with his future business partner. Together, they established Fifth Element Adjusting in 2017, leveraging their expertise to advocate for clients navigating insurance claims and construction projects.
Gene's altruistic spirit shines through in his involvement with Habitat for Humanity and pro bono work as a Public Adjuster. He has consistently dedicated his time and skills to rebuild homes and provide essential support to families in need, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to community service.
Gene's altruistic spirit also extends to support for veterans. Gene and Nicholas Roylance co-founded Walkers for Warriors, an organization dedicated to supporting veterans. Nicholas, a disabled military veteran, was inspired to join forces with Gene through “The Walking Dead” cosplay. Together, they utilize their talents to raise awareness and funds for veterans facing challenges such as PTSD and substance abuse.
Through fundraising events and awareness campaigns, Gene, Nicholas, and the Go Dawgs Roof Roof team are proud to support our veterans and their families. Their work has had a meaningful impact, embodying the spirit of resilience and unity that defines our community.
We invite you to join us in our mission to make a difference in the community. Whether it's through volunteering, fundraising, or spreading awareness, every action makes a difference. Together, we can create positive change and build stronger, more resilient communities.
